PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the comfortability of a passenger by adjusting the state of a vehicle seat in response to the atmospheric situation. SOLUTION: Traffic information is acquired from a navigation computer, and an actuator is driven to raise the seat height of the vehicle seat when the advancing direction is congested (104 to 108). Then, when the congestion passing is detected, the actuator is driven to return the seat height to the original height (112 and 114). Thus, the seat height of the vehicle seat is adjusted from the traffic information, so that the angular range of the view can be improved at the time of traffic congestion to enhance the comfortability of the passenger.
