PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an algae-treating ship efficiently collecting and treating algae. SOLUTION: The algae-treating ship S has a treating ship body 10 capable of navigating a water area, an inactivating apparatus 12 loaded on the treating ship body 10 and losing buoyancy of algae, a collecting means 14 loaded on the treating ship body 10 and leading algae in the water area to the inactivating apparatus 12. The treating ship body 10 is navigated to the water area in which algae are grown and algae in the water area are collected and led to the inactivating apparatus and buoyancy of algae is lost and algae is released.
