PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depositor which is used for forming a kneaded food material dough in a desired shape and can singly apply to various kinds of food material dough. SOLUTION: This depositor for producing food materials, having a unit comprising a hopper capable of receiving kneaded dough, a nozzle for extruding the dough, and a pair of rotatable rolls disposed between the hopper and the nozzle to supply the dough from the hopper to the nozzle, and a main body portion having a pair of driving shaft portions 27, 27 capable of being detachably connected to a pair of the rolls to rotate a pair of the rolls, respectively, is characterized by disposing a pitch-adjusting mechanism 35 for continuously adjusting a pitch between a pair of the driving shaft portions 27 in the main body portion.
