ABSORBER AND BODY LIQUID ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH LITTLE LEAKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber and a body liquid absorbent article which are thin, have excellent profile stability and absorbent capacity, contain few residual monomers and cause little leakage. SOLUTION: The absorbent body comprises at least an absorbent complex and fibers. The absorber is characterized by that the ratio of the absorbent complex and the fibers is 1:1 to 1:0.07 and that the absorbent complex meets following conditions: (1) the complex is made of a substrate and a granular absorbent resin; (2) the composition rate of the absorbent resin with respect to the absorbent composition is 65-99 wt.%; (3)≥50 wt.% of the whole absorbent resin contacts the substrate directly; (4) an average absorption rate of the absorbent resin is≥50 g/g; and (5) residual monomers within the absorbent resin is≤200 ppm.
