PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit which can decrease a pressure difference between a space in a hub and a space outside the hub. SOLUTION: The hub unit comprises a cover which is arranged at the end of an outer race member 2 on the inner side of a vehicle, and separates the space in the hub including a rolling element arranged space S1 and the space outside the hub, and a volume regulating means 4 of the space in the hub to increase or decrease the volume of the space in the hub according to the increase or decrease of the volume of gas sealed in the space in the hub by reference pressure.
