PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrazole compound having CB1 (central cannabinoid) receptor antagonizing actions. SOLUTION: The pyrazole compound is a compound represented by general formula [I] [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each an aryl group or the like which may have a substituent; R<SP>3</SP>is an alkyl group or the like which may be substituted with a halogen atom or the like; E is a group represented by any of formulas (i) to (iv) äwherein, R<SP>4</SP>is a cycloalkyl group, a group represented by formula -N(R<SP>5</SP>)(R<SP>6</SP>) or a saturated or an unsaturated heterocyclic group which may have a substituent; Q<SP>1</SP>is a single direct bond or the like; Q<SP>2</SP>is a single direct bond or the like; either of R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; and the other is an alkyl group, a group or the like represented by formula -N(R<SP>8</SP>)(R<SP>9</SP>) (wherein, either of R<SP>8</SP>and R<SP>9</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like and the other is an alkyl group or the like); R<SP>A1</SP>is an amino group or the like; R<SP>A2</SP>is an aliphatic heterocyclic group which may have a substituent; and R represents an alkyl group or the like which may be substituted with 1-3 halogen atoms}] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
