PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cyanopyrrolidine derivative-containing composition for solid preparation, which sufficiently secures stability of cyanopyrrolidine derivative in a preparation and thereby sufficiently controls the change of a formulation with other oral additives and to provide a process for producing its solid preparation. SOLUTION: The composition substantially comprises a cyanopyrrolidine derivative represented by general formula (1) [R<SP>1</SP>is a halogen atom, a hydroxy group or the like; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; Y is a group represented by formula -CR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>- or the like; W is a hydrogen atom, an acyl group or the like; Z is a hydrogen atom or a 1-10C alkyl group which may be substituted with one or more groups selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, a 1-5C hydroxyalkyl group, a carboxy group, a mercapto group and the like] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and at least one stabilization component selected from the group consisting of saccharides and sugar alcohols.
