The invention relates to a device for influencing the displacement of several displaceable furniture parts (3) which can be driven in a displaceable manner, in relation to a fixed furniture part (2), by means of a drive unit with the aid of a control unit for controlling the displacement of the displaceable furniture parts (3). With regard to safety standards, the control unit is configured such that during the simultaneous drive displacement of two displaceable furniture parts, the relative speed between the two displaceable furniture parts is to be maintained below a predefined value which is lower than the maximum produced relative speed achieved by the relative displacement between the two displaceable furniture parts. The invention also relates to a corresponding furniture part and to a method for configuring said type of device.
