The invention relates to equipment for sugar industry, in particular to diffusion apparatuses of inclined type for isolation of saccharose from beet pulp by continuous countercurrent diffusion. An inclined type diffusion apparatus consists of a housing of pan type with vapor chambers, a fuel bell, a sieve for juice isolation, a discharging bucket-wheel, wherein inside the housing on parallel power shafts screw augers are installed, made in the form of concentric belt coils and moved by drives located at the bottom and at the top of diffusion apparatus. On the concentric belt coils of screw augers three nonrectilinear coils are additionally made, located one to another at an angle of 120°, the shape of additional coils is quarter of Bernoulli's lemniscate, inscribed in sphere corresponding to the inner diameter of flight screw and whose direction of curvature align with screw auger entry, wherein the first additional curvilinear coil ends near a pipe axle, and the second curvilinear coil ends on the length of 1/3 of screw radius, and the third ends on the length of 2/3 of the same radius. |
