<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recognize leakage source data and a suspicious user. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic slip server 10 retrieves a plurality of generations of slip data on the basis of feature data selected from among leakage data, and counts the number of the feature data of each generation from the retrieval result. Also, the electronic slip server 10 calculates the data presence period of each generation on the basis of log data related to the slip data, and extracts a user who has accessed the slip data in the data presence period of the slip data from the log data.
