PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner mount for both of flatland and a sloping roof, capable of being installed in adjacent to an outer wall of an upper floor when it is disposed on the sloping roof. SOLUTION: This air conditioner mount comprises: front and rear transverse frames 1 disposed in the horizontal direction; vertical frames 2 hung between right end left end portions of the front and rear transverse frames 1; column supports 3 respectively connected to connecting portions A of end portions of the transverse frames 1 and end portions of the vertical frames 2, and adjusters 4 disposed at lower end portions of the column supports 3 for adjusting a height of the column support 3. The adjusters 4 comprise bolt long holes 43 for inserting bolts, long in the height direction for adjusting the height of the column support 3. Further the adjusters 4 comprise screw through holes 45, 46 to be directly attached to the connecting portions A as fixing members to the outer wall of a vertical building by using screws for connecting the column supports 3, to the rear connecting portions A from which the column supports 3 are removed.
