PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve asbestos containing PEF removal work, in which repair work is useful in shortening the work periods, cutting off costs by omitting some kind of past necessary operations and also improving the safety of workers, though the asbestos containing PEF removal is a work field that has begun just recently and needs a long time to complete; there are not many various work methods to be employed; the safety of work, etc. are not yet completely secured; and all these remain a task to be solved. SOLUTION: Since the work method is carried out without touching asbestos containing PEF, the measurement of air environment is important. The removal time of asbestos containing PEF when the same method and times of air measurements are to be done is postponed to prepare smoothest treatment time for the final asbestos disposal.
