PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge head which has a structure suitable for repeatedly measuring an inner diameter of an approximately cylindrical body with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A support 102 having a groove 101 supports a sphere 103 contacting with a measured part 201 in a manner to allow the sphere 103 to move in the groove 101, so that the sphere 103 can move in accordance with a shape of the measured part 201. A gauge head 100 moves to a position at which the sphere 103 settles in accordance with the shape of the measured part 201 without the position of the support 102 moved. |
