The present invention relates to a seamless pipe used for an oil well pipe or the like and, more specifically, relates to an expandable high strength seamless pipe having excellent expandability; and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the expandable high strength seamless pipe having excellent expandability comprises: 12-20 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.3-1.0 wt% of carbon (C); 0.01-0.2 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.003-0.1 wt% of nitrogen (N); and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
