The invention relates to human insulin derivatives possessing prolonged therapeutical activity and stability in acidic medium, and also to pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The claimed human insulin derivatives can be used to manufacture a medicine for treatment or prevention of diabetes mellitus, and also they can be used for treatment of patients suffering from diabetes mellitus.
