A limiting device comprises a base (1), and a limiting piece (4) and a fastening piece rotatably provided on the base (1). The base (1) has a hollow portion. The limiting piece (4) can switch between a limiting state and a non-limiting state. When the limiting piece is in the limiting state, the fastening piece fixes the limiting piece; and when the limiting piece is in the non-limiting state, the fastening piece is configured to loosen the limiting piece, and at least a part of the limiting piece is accommodated in the hollow portion. The limiting device realizes a switchover between the limiting state and the non-limiting state via the limiting piece, and fixes the limiting piece and loosens the limiting piece via the fastening piece, thus better satisfying requirements of fast loading and fixation.
