Disclosed are a touch screen and a touch display device, wherein a plurality of isolated electrodes (02) are arranged in gaps between adjacent touch electrodes (01), and moreover, the isolated electrodes (02) and the touch electrodes (01) are insulated from each other. Therefore, during production, even if one touch electrode (01) short-circuits with an adjacent isolated electrode (02), because the isolated electrode (02) is insulated from the other isolated electrodes (02) and the isolated electrode (02) is insulated from the other touch electrodes (01), such short-circuiting only fuses the isolated electrode (02) as one part of the touch electrode (01), while the isolated electrode (02) and the other touch electrodes (01) are still in an insulated state, and thus the short-circuiting risk of the touch screen can be greatly decreased.
