PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softening agent composition excellent in storage stability and excellent in an effect imparting flexibility and a scent-lingering property to a fiber product even after storage.SOLUTION: A liquid softening agent composition comprises blending: (A) a silicon compound shown by general formula (1); (B) a cationic surfactant of a quaternary amine or the like having at least one 10-24C hydrocarbon group in a molecular; and (C) a hydrocarbon of an average carbon number of 8-24 and/or a liquid paraffin. In the formula (1), X, X, Xand Xeach independently denote a straight chain or branched Chydrocarbon group that may have an OH group at a terminal, -OY(in the formula, Yis a straight chain or branched Chydrocarbon group), -OSi(Y)(in the formula, Yis a straight chain or branched Chydrocarbon group), or an OH group; n denotes 1-30 of an integer; and at least one in the X-Xdenotes a residue in which one OH group is eliminated from an alcoholic perfume. |
