PURPOSE: A system for operating an electronic commerce site without a margin, the method for the same and the device for recording the program of the method are provided to buy a product at the supply price of a product provider via the site permitted to only fee member, and enable the member to buy the product using a part of the membership fee that the member pays regularly. CONSTITUTION: A database(38) in a server(30) stores the information of products. A database(39) includes the information of members. A database(40) receives the information of points given to a user, and stores it by matching it with the member information. A module(31) reads the information in the database(38) to make a list web page, and transmits the list web page to a user terminal(10). A module(32) checks the member information inputted to identify whether the user is a member. A module(33) guides the user to be a member. A module(34) transmits a web page for inputting a buy information and a message for approving the buy to the terminal(10). A module(35) reads the point information in the database(40) so that a part of the product bill can be paid by the point.
