PURPOSE: A hot water boiler is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler with having simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler includes a water tub(10) having an inlet(11) and an outlet(12), and a heating chamber(14) in the inside of the water tub at regular gap, wherein the lower part of the heating chamber is connected with a flame chamber(13) by a communicating pipe, and a discharge port(16) is installed in the top of the heating chamber, and a plurality of water pipes(17) communicated with the water tub with passing through the inside of the heating chamber, are installed in the inside of the heating chamber.
