PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely operate a DO-DC converter connected between two power sources different in voltage. SOLUTION: A 36V battery 12 and a 12V battery 18 are provided, and a DC-DC converter 16 is connected between both batteries. The DC-DC converter 16 has two diodes 16b and 16c which are connected to each battery, and selects voltage on either higher side. The selected voltage is regulated into a specified voltage value with a regulator 16d, and is supplied as operation voltage to a control circuit 16e. Hereby, even if either of both batteries deteriorates, the DC-DC converter 16 is operated with the other battery, whereby this power circuit can execute the voltage converting function.
