<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide solid electrolyte for a lithium ion secondary battery capable of reducing deterioration of battery performance in charge discharge. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte for the lithium ion secondary battery is synthesized from one or more kinds of sulfides selected from at least Li<SB>2</SB>S, P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>3</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>5</SB>, SiS<SB>2</SB>, GeS<SB>2</SB>, B<SB>2</SB>S<SB>3</SB>, and Al<SB>2</SB>S<SB>3</SB>, and its element sulfur component is 1 wt.% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
