PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage board for vehicles which is not bulky when it is carried into a vehicle assembly line, and which can retain a bending condition of a vertical wall by itself. SOLUTION: The luggage board 10 is provided with a bottom wall 11 and the vertical wall 12. The bottom wall 11 covers nearly the entire surface of a luggage space 3, and the vertical wall 12 provided in the recess of the bottom wall 11 stands from a line 12a with flexible bending. Then a box part 13 projecting to the front side is molded in a louver at the connection between the bottom wall 11 and the vertical wall 12, and part of a triangle display panel 6 is inserted and arranged in the box part 13. Thus, the vertical wall 12 can be expanded and transferred in a tabular shape when it is carried into the assembly line of the vehicle 1, and transfer efficiency can be improved. In a state that the luggage board 10 has been assembled to the luggage space 3, the box part 13 is brought into a projected state, and the triangle display panel 6 is inserted and arranged in it. Because of this, the upright state of the vertical wall 12 can be retained, and the interior space of the box part 13 can be effectively used, thus the triangle display panel 6 can be stored.
