PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a flat type vibrating motor capable of increasing the amount of vibration while maintaining a starting performance, and also reducing costs. SOLUTION: The rotor 1 of the flat type vibrating motor disposes the rotor 1 with a frame 2 equipped with a coil 3 and a magnetic pin 7 comprising a single piece so as to be rotatable and opposite to a magnet. When stopping the rotor 1, the magnetic pin 7 for making the rotor 1 static at a starting possible position is disposed at the frame 2. The frame 2 of the rotor 1 is formed in a disc shape, and is parallelly disposed with a flat weight 8 comprising the coil 3 and a nonmagnetic material in a semicircular biased load region WE which divides the frame 2 into two.
