PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric fan that lessens anxiety about breaking of a wire between a piezoelectric plate and a wiring member.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric fan 1A includes a vibration plate 11A, piezoelectric plates 12A and 13A, and support bodies 16A and 17A. The vibration plate 11A is in a flat plate shape, and has a base part 110A, and a vane part 111A extended from the base part 110A. The piezoelectric plates 12A and 13A are in a flat plate shape, and arranged on both flat plate surfaces of the vibration plate 11 so as to be extended from the vane part 111A to the base part 110A. The support bodies 16A and 16A are arranged opposite to the base part 110A, and support the vibration plate 11A and piezoelectric plates 12A and 13A. The piezoelectric plates 12A and 13A each include a vibration excitation part 40A which excites driving vibration when applied with a driving voltage, and a vibration non-excitation part 41A which excites no driving vibration, and to which lead wires 31A and 32A for appling the driving voltage to the vibration excitation part 40A are connected. |
