PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of a prefabricated bath, which is improved in productivity itself of a design panel, by easily and positively filling a design material into a gap between a substrate and a mold, and to provide a method of producing the floor panel structure. SOLUTION: According to the method, a substrate 22 made of a dicyclopentadiene resin and having a nozzle 65 formed on a rear surface thereof, is molded, and then the molded substrate 22 is pinched between an upper mold 72 and a lower mold 71, followed by filling a thermoplastic resin via the nozzle 65 into the gap 75 between the lower mold 71 and a surface of the substrate 22, to thereby laminate the decoration forming material 23 made of the thermoplastic resin on the surface of the substrate 22 in one body.
