Installation for microwave-convective drying of disperse materials in dense movable layer includes filling tank, shaft dryer with microwave modules placed in compartments that comprise magnetrons, waveguides and antenna radiators, inlet device for control of productivity of installation placed between the drier and discharge unit cooler for dried material, ventilator and system of air ducts. In filling tank recuperative heater of humid material is placed, in the middle part of the drier and cooler vertical cannel is provided for discharge of air from cooler to drier, side walls of the drier and the cooler turned to air ducts are arranged as jalousie or grids, compartments of microwave modules, cooler, drier and recuperative heater are connected to each other with system of air ducts for blowing air through those with ventilator. |
