For example, when a user operates an icon on the screen, the change information density of the differential region corresponding to the icon is greater than the change information density of the differential region corresponding to the background portion of a dynamic image. An encoding unit (125) writes the screen code data in each of the differential regions into the transmission buffer (141) in the descending order of the change information density. |
