The present invention relates to a plug assembly including a spark prevention function. A ground connection pin on which a contact unit is formed to be in contact with a cover of a pin holder is formed. The contact unit of the ground connection pin is located between a pin holder and a wire holder. The cover of the pin holder is formed to be curved at a fixed angle. According to the plug assembly in the present invention, a structure of the cover covering the pin holder is improved and is designed and manufactured to be in contact with the pin. Therefore, the present invention can improve durability and operation reliability of products by preventing sparks in a high frequency test.
