PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing medical purified water, by which medical purified water of high quality can be promptly and stably supplied.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing medical purified water has a circulation line of a closed system which is constituted of an EDI apparatus 3, a first EDI treated water line 15, an EDI treated water tank 4 and a second EDI treated water line 16. During operation stop of the apparatus for producing medical purified water, EDI treated water is circulated in the circulation line of the closed system while energizing and driving only the EDI apparatus 3 to sterilizes the inside of the closed system. |
