PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear type disposable paper diaper which can be easily adjusted in size.SOLUTION: The disposable paper diaper is characterized in that an extending sheet extending from the side edge of any one of the front bodice and back bodice of a body sheet configuring both the bodices to the outside of a width direction; a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion are provided on the outside of the width direction and the inside of the width direction of the extending sheet, respectively; inserting portions for inserting the respective extending sheets are formed respectively on both the sides of body sheet on the other bodice opposing the bodice; the extending sheets are inserted from the inner surface side to the outer surface side in the corresponding inserting portion, respectively; the second fastening portion is fastened to the outer surface of the body sheet in the other bodice and temporarily fixed, and is worn by the wearer in a loose state; after worn, the second fastening portion is released from fastening and the front end side of each of the extending sheets extends to the rear surface of the one body sheet, and in this state, the first fastening portion is fastened to the rear surface of the one body sheet and finally fixed. |
