A voice mailbox notification method and system, and a computer storage medium are described in embodiments of the present disclosure. The method includes that: a scenario for activating a voice mailbox of a user terminal is determined; when it is determined that the scenario is POWER-OFF or NOT IN SERVICE AREA, it is detected whether the user terminal has been powered on or has returned to the service area, and when it is detected that the user terminal has been powered on or has returned to the service area, an outbound notification is initiated to the user terminal; when it is determined that the scenario is BUSY, and it is detected that the user terminal is hung up, the outbound notification is initiated to the user terminal; and when it is determined that the scenario is NO ANSWER, a short message notification is issued to the user terminal. |
