PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling heating cylinder temperature, which enables a heating cylinder to be stably cooled, materializes high energy efficiency, and enables the heating cylinder to early reach target temperature.SOLUTION: An injection device (1) is configured in such a way that a heating cylinder (2) comprises in each of zones thereof: a band heater (7); a heat-insulating cover (9); and cooling means (16, 19, 21). The cooling means is configured to supply cooling air which is cooled by a heat pump (27) to inside of the heat-insulating cover (9). In such an injection device (1), the zones are each controlled in temperature. In the injection device (1), when the target temperature (M) is set to each of the zones and temperature is controlled, the band heater (7) is always controlled by PWM control. The cooling means (16, 19, 21) operate only when temperature (25) of respective zone exceed determination temperature (H) which is higher than the target temperature (M) by predetermined deviation temperature, and supply cooling liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
