METHODS AND DEVICES FOR VENOUS OCCLUSION FOR THE TREATMENT OF VENOUS INSUFFICIENCY A system for treating a vein, comprising: an injector (300) for delivering a vein-occluding substance into a vein, the injector (300) being operably connected to a control, wherein activation of the control results in the injector (300) delivering a bolus of between about 0.05mL and 3mL of the vein-occluding substance into the vein, wherein the injector (300) is configured to deliver a plurality of spaced-apart boluses of the vein-occluding substance; and a catheter (200) having a distal opening and a side wall, the catheter (200) configured to be operably connected to the injector (300), wherein the catheter (200) is configured to advance distally across a treatment zone in the vein.
