PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set a data structure of an electronic business form system.SOLUTION: Business form data 26 is input to an electronic business form system 1 from an input terminal 2. A character extraction part 21 extracts a character string from the business form data 26, and a character determination part 22 determines whether the character string is a fixed character string or variable character string. A row range determination part 23 sets as a row range of a business form item a row range including rows character strings of which are all fixed character strings. A column range determination part 24 checks right and left ranges of a variable character string within the raw range and sets a row range of a business form item. The row range and column range of the business form item are set to retrievable ranges of the business form data 26. |
