PROCESS FOR PRODUCING POWDERY PHOSPHAZENE COMPOUND

A process for producing a powdery phosphazene compound which comprises kneading an oily phosphazene compound at a temperature which is lower by at least 5 DEG C than the melting point of the phosphazene compound and at which the oily state can be maintained, subsequently cooling and solidifying the oily compound under such conditions that no shear force is applied thereto, and then pulverizing the resultant solid. By the process, a powdery phosphazene compound can be easily and continuously produced from an oily phosphazene compound in a short time without the need of a purification treatment necessitating many steps.
