PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device and an X-ray inspection device capable of regulating the position of an inspection object in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the inspection object without holding the inspection object between conveyance position regulation means and the top face of conveyance means.SOLUTION: A conveyance device 2 includes: a conveyer 60 including a horizontal section 62 horizontally arranged so as to pass an inspection space where an inspection object W is inspected; an up-tilt section 61 arranged at the upstream side of the horizontal section 62; and a down-tilt section 63 arranged at the downstream side of the horizontal section 62 for conveying the inspection object W by the up-tilt section 61, the horizontal section 62 and the down-tilt section 63. The conveyance device 2 includes work guides 71 and 72 arranged at the upstream side end of the horizontal section 62, and configured to abut to the tip side face of the inspection object W to be transferred from the up-tilt section 61 to the horizontal section 62 for guiding and regulating the position of the inspection object W in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the inspection object on the horizontal section 62 to a predetermined position.
