PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous panel capable of realizing lower resistivity of an upper electrode by a simple structure, and to provide a method of manufacturing the self-luminous panel capable of realizing lower resistivity of the upper electrode by a simple process. SOLUTION: The self-luminous panel 10 is equipped with a first electrode (a lower electrode) 12 formed on a substrate 11 directly or through another layer, a deposition layer (a luminescent functional layer) 13 including a light-emitting layer formed on the first electrode (the lower electrode) 12, and one or a plurality of self-light emitting elements 1 having a second electrode (an upper electrode) 14 formed on the deposition layer 13. A sealing member 20 sealing the self-light emitting element 1 includes a facing substrate 21 with a projecting part 22 formed towards the substrate 11 on a surface side facing to the substrate 11, and a conductive layer (a wiring pattern) 23 of an auxiliary line electrically connected to the second electrode (upper electrode) 14 is formed on the projecting part 22.
