<p>A device for changing the position of sheets of paper in a flow of sheets comprises at least two cassettes (47), arranged in parallel in a sheet-feeding path. Each one of the cassettes comprises a plurality of motor-driven feed rollers (42) arranged in pairs for feeding sheets along the sheet-feeding path through the cassette. A mechanism is arranged to, with the sheet feeding stopped, bring a plate (43), carried on one side of the sheet-feeding path, and an opposite, rotatably mounted disc (44), arranged at the other side of the sheet-feeding path, against each other in order to squeeze-in a sheet between the plate and the disc at the same time as feed rollers arranged in pairs are separated to loosen the engagement thereof with the sheet in order to, by rotation of said plate and disc, allow rotation of the sheet squeezed-in between the plate and the disc into a desired rotary position.</p> |
