PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device having a sealing structure with simplified working process. SOLUTION: In the crystal device comprised of a recessed container main body 5 which houses at least a crystal chip 1, a circulating metal ring 8 provided on the opening end surface of the container main body 5 and a metal cover 6 whose outer periphery is connected to the metal ring 8, an inclination part 10 projecting from the metal ring 8 to be used for positioning is provided to the outer periphery tip side of the metal cover 6.
