PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent rottenness of water and corrosion and deterioration of a fire fighting pipe in an inactive condition and to easily carry out inspection. SOLUTION: A sprinkler head and a sensor are set on the ceiling of a room. The fire fighting pipe 5 is branched from a water pipe 6 and set to the sprinkler head. A disaster prevention valve unit 11 housing an electric three way valve 7, a manual three way valve 8, a timer 9, a battery 10, etc. is set outside the room. Drain pipes 12 and 13 are set outside of the unit. The disaster prevention valve unit 11 performs control of: closing a port on the side of the drain pipe 12 on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 of the electric three way valve 7 and communicating upstream and downstream ports for a fixed time when the sensor senses heat or smoke in the room; and closing the upstream port on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 and communicating the downstream port on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 and communicating the downstream port on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 and the port on the side of the drain pipe 12 in usual condition. In inspection, the downstream port on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 of the three way valve 8 is closed and the upstream on the side of the fire fighting pipe 5 is communicated with the port on the side of the drain pipe 13.
