<p>The method involves deforming a rivet section (3.3) projecting over a component (1) with a projection, by wobble riveting. The rivet projection is constantly monitored during riveting process in successive timely sections, which are around multiple times shorter than cycle time of a tool head. A signal e.g. digital measuring signal, delivered by measuring systems i.e. path measurement system, is fed into a counter input of the head for effectuating ending of the riveting process when counter reading corresponding to a target-rivet projection is obtained.</p> |
