The present invention relates to an electric heating rice cooker (1). In the rice cooker (1) of the present invention: grains and water for cooking are contained in a space where an inner pot (2) is formed inside the rice cooker; and a vapor pressure absorbing bag (3) is installed at an upper portion of the rice cooker inside a rice cooker cover (1-1). The vapor pressure absorbing bag (3) is fixed in a wrinkled form for expanding volume and area thereof, and air is separately injected into the vapor pressure absorbing bag through an air inlet (4). The present invention does not release vapor to the outside the rice cooker, thereby not only containing various nutrients of rice, but prevents indoor contamination and other accidents caused by released high temperature vapor from being occurred. |
