PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus and an information processing program capable of preventing undesired activation of the portable terminal apparatus to reduce the power consumption.SOLUTION: The information processor includes a touch panel and a display unit. The information processor has a control unit that determines whether or not a contact on the touch panel is detected when an operation for activating the apparatus is detected on an operation section.
