A donor substrate may include a base layer, a light to heat conversion layer disposed on the base layer, a buffer layer disposed on the light to heat conversion layer, an organic transfer layer disposed on the buffer layer, and a tightening member disposed on a peripheral portion of the organic transfer layer. The tightening member may include an adhesive film having an adhesion strength controlled by an irradiation of an ultraviolet ray. Process failures for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device may be prevented by the donor substrate, so that the organic light emitting display device may ensure improved performances. |

1. A donor substrate comprising:
a base layer; a light to heat conversion layer disposed on the base layer; an organic transfer layer disposed on the light to heat conversion layer; and a tightening member disposed on a peripheral portion of the organic transfer layer, the tightening member including an adhesive film having an adhesion strength that changes when the adhesive film is exposed to an ultraviolet (UV) ray, the tightening member having a first surface that contacts the peripheral portion of the organic transfer layer, the tightening member having a second surface that faces a display substrate to which an emitting structure is provided from the organic transfer layer, the adhesive film formed only on the second surface of the tightening member. |
