The invention relates to fine grinding materials and can be used in mining, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields of industry. A method includes supplying by a direct flow of particulate material from a hopper and underground granular material after a classifier into a grinding chamber and regulation of loading the material to be milled. A gas-jet mill comprises a grinding chamber with accelerating tubes, a classifier with pipes of return of particulate material for regrinding, a loading hopper. The method provides maximum output by maintaining the limit loading of jets with material based on acoustic monitoring the grinding area that is implemented by additional improvement of a gas jet mill, installing recording, analyzing and executive units. The introduction of new manufacturing operations allows adjustment at each moment of time of the nature of given fullness of jets with material while reducing energy consumptiom and exclusion of obstruction of the mill with material. |
