The present invention provides a multi-gear transmission for a vehicle providing at least 10 drive gears and 1 reverse gear with a relatively small number of components and a simple structure, thereby the multi-gear transmission maximizes fuel efficiency of a vehicle through an optimal driving point operation of an engine and enhances quietness of a vehicle with a more quiet operation of the engine.
