The present invention relates to equipment and a method to manufacture an insulation frame for windows and doors. The equipment and the method are provided to manufacture an insulation frame which: has a transfer member transferred to the inside of the frame after loading foam insulation liquid from the outside and; is evenly filled with a foam insulator filling an internal space by being expanded after being transferred to the inside of the frame by the transfer member. In the insulation frame manufacturing equipment for windows and doors, a foam insulator is filled in a composite frame formed with a metal frame or formed with metal and insulation frames. The equipment for manufacturing an insulation frame for windows and doors comprises: a mounted unit on which an unformed transfer member is wound; a groove processing roller unit which forms two guide grooves by pressurizing the upper side of the transferred unformed transfer member; a primary forming unit which bends both lateral ends of the two guide grooves formed in the transfer member at an inclined angle; a secondary forming unit which bends both lateral ends of the primarily foamed transfer member at a right angle; a transfer roller unit which transfers the foamed transfer member in a state of maintaining the shape of the foamed transfer member; a coating unit which evenly coats the upper side of the transfer member of performing the transfer operation with foam insulation liquid; and a pulling unit which pulls and positions the transfer member coated with the foam insulator to the inside of the frame.
