SOLUTION: An endoscopic tool 110 is provided for using an endoscope 201. The endoscopic tool includes a tubing portion 201, a tip portion 119, and a balloon 116 mounted in the front portion of the tip portion 119 being the back portion of the tubing portion 201 and capable of being selectively expanded. The tubing portion 201 has flexibility more than the endoscope 201, and the tip portion 119 has flexibility more than the tubing portion 201. The endoscopic tool 110 may be configured to move through the lumen of an outer tube 108. The inside portion of the inflatable balloon may be brought into communication with the inside portion of the tubing portion 201 in order to enable expansion of the inflatable balloon 116 through the tubing portion 201.
