A BOG treatment device is provided which can increase the energy efficiency of device operation without incurring waste in various devices. This BOG treatment device (1) is provided with a cooling means (2), a compression means (3), a second cooling means (4), and a recovery means (5). The cooling means is provided with a cooling drum (10), a BOG introduction unit (11) which introduces the BOG, a first spray (12) which sprays LNG upwards, a first filler layer (13) which brings the LNG and the BOG into contact, a second spray (14) which sprays LNG downwards, a third spray (15) which sprays LNG downwards, a second filler layer (16) which adsorbs mist in the BOG, and a mist eliminator (17) which removes mist in the BOG. |
